The Mission: To play a life-sized game of risk and recruit passerby and tourists as additional armies.

Agent Bryan suggested in one of our brainstorming sessions that we play life-sized board games mentioning Monopoly, Scrabble and Risk. As soon as he said “Risk” both of us immediately knew the perfect location to pull off the event.

For those of you not familiar with all of the DC monuments, Navy Memorial is right by National Archives and it is shaped exactly like a world map. Could there be a better place to play risk?

About 30 agents showed up for the fun. After getting our masking-tape generals and medics suited up and our giant dice ready, it was time to play!

The most important part of the game became how many people you recruited to play. The rule was if they were wearing your team’s color, you could recruit them to fight for you. We had 20 or 30 recruits cycle through during the game and most of them really enjoyed rolling our giant dice!
