The Cherry Blossom Festival in DC is huge. It attracts hundreds of thousands of people from every corner of the world to the National Mall in DC annually. One of the busiest days during the Cherry Blossom Festival is day the Kite Festival and the DC Marathon occur on the same day. Could there be any better day to turn some heads?
